Northbridge is the one development in southern Utah where more traditional and Mediterranean style custom homes are being built. Desert and southwest style homes are not approved for Northbridge.
3. Who is buying the lots in Northbridge and Northbridge Estates?
Because the homes that are being built in Northbridge Estates are generally very large (6,000+ ft²), about 75% of the buyers are families and about 25% are retired couples. In Northbridge the mix is about 50/50 families and retirees.
4. What are the time constraints on building in Northbridge?
Construction on the homes in Northbridge and Northbridge Estates must began within 12 months of purchase and must be completed within 12 months. This construction time limit is not reset if a lot is sold. Northbridge has placed this requirement on lots in order to have the timely buildout of the neighborhood and to prevent the erosion and trash problems associated with vacant lots.
