Ren Boyce - Vice President of Construction /Partner
Ren Boyce has served as the past president of the Southern Utah Home Builders Association and is a 30-year veteran of the construction industry. Ren builds homes in the magnificent Entrada and Snow Canyon corridor. His passion is to maintain and enhance the natural beauty in this one-of-a-kind setting. Ren is an exceptional builder of quality upscale homes, and what sets him apart is his commitment to customer service.

Bart Smith – CFO
Bart Smith, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer of Split Rock, Inc., the developers of Kachina Springs East, The Reserve at Snow Canyon and The Inn at Entrada. Bart is a graduate of Southern Utah University. He has been in the construction business in Utah for 20 years.
